Once you are ready to send in the forms, please send an email to registrations@wyfcp.org for further details.
Please keep in mind that space on rosters is limited, and your player or cheerleader is not fully registered until you have heard back from us that your forms, and payment, has been received.

- Size the photo to 600x400.
- Include a caption, and or the photographer's name if you'd like.
- Don't forget to tell us which team's gallery to attach it to, and anything else about the photo.
